Who we work with
Homes, estates and commercial properties. One standard.
The same diagnosis, preparation and specification process runs whether we are painting one bedroom or programming a full body-corporate repaint.
Residential Homes
Exterior and interior repaints, roof coatings and waterproofing for stand-alone houses, prepared properly and finished to last.
Estates & Complexes
Multi-unit roof programmes, facade refreshes and common-area maintenance planned around residents and access constraints.
Commercial & Retail
Offices, retail centres and light industrial sites repainted in phases so your business keeps trading while the work happens.
Our position
Your Property Deserves More Than a Quick Coat of Paint.
Paint is a system, not a colour. A finish that still looks right five years from now is not the result of a better tin. It is the result of the hour spent on the ladder before the tin is opened.
We diagnose first. We prepare thoroughly. We scope the work in writing. We apply to specification. And we stand behind the workmanship with paperwork you can hold in your hand.
Prepared properly. Applied professionally. Built to last.
What we do
Six services. One standard.
Each service is quoted, prepared and applied to the same standard across homes, estates and commercial buildings, because a coating is only as good as the surface underneath it.

Roof Waterproofing
Diagnose, seal and protect the roof properly.

The difference is in the preparation, not the paint.
Drag the handle to compare a tired, weather-worn surface with a correctly prepared and coated finish. A real Williams & Co project: the same property before and after.

On site
Watch a project from start to finish.
A real Williams & Co job, filmed on site. The same diagnosis, the same preparation and the same standard we bring to every property, home or business.

The Systems Behind the Work.

Approved applicator and authorised reseller of Rubber Sealant Liquid Rubber.

Our preferred paint on most projects.
We are not a Plascon approved applicator. Plascon is simply the paint we choose to specify for its quality and track record, and we will recommend a different system where a project calls for it.
Our process
A proper diagnosis. A written scope. A finish built to last.
The same seven steps run from a home repaint to a full body-corporate programme. Nothing skipped. Nothing hidden.
- 1
Enquiry
You send us the basics of your property, what you have noticed and what you would like to achieve. We reply, ask a few practical questions and book a time.
- 2
On-site inspection
We walk the property, look at the actual substrate, note the real defects and take the photos we need. Diagnosis first, product second.
- 3
Written quotation and scope
You receive a written quote that spells out exactly what is included, which system is being used and where the limits of the work sit. No vague line items.
- 4
Preparation
Cleaning, repairs, crack treatment, priming, protection of surrounding areas. This is where most of the work actually happens, and where cheap quotes cut corners.
- 5
Application
The specified system is applied to specification: coat count, film build, recoat times, detailing at edges and penetrations. Anything less voids the guarantee.
- 6
Quality check
We walk the work with our own eyes before you see it: snag list, corrections, detailing, clean-up. The site should look better than we found it.
Roof waterproofing, diagnosed and applied properly.
Water rarely enters where you see it. We diagnose the actual path of a leak, prepare the substrate correctly, and apply a specified Rubber Sealant Liquid Rubber system.
- Tiled roofs, metal/IBR, flat concrete, parapets
- Approved applicator of Rubber Sealant Liquid Rubber
- Damaged tiles, severe corrosion or structural faults handled honestly
- Solar panels may need removal by an appropriate installer
Reviews
Real reviews. Real projects. Nothing invented.
We would rather show you one honest review than a wall of praise we cannot back up. More are being collected on completed projects.
“All work was done professionally and efficiently. I can definitely recommend them for any painting work.”
Recently finished a project with us? A short, honest review helps the next property owner decide who to trust with their building.
Where we work
Based in Durbanville. Working across selected Northern Suburbs.
We keep our footprint tight on purpose. Close enough to reach a site quickly, answer a snag in person, and stand behind the work afterwards.
